  • Absolutely superb value for money, was dubious but the trip was fabulous, well planned, easy to purchase, easy to find start point and really nice hosts, very professional yet friendly and knowledgeable Word of warning ...be on time at start and at each island because they don't hang about (understandable they have to consider those ontime) really enjoyed our afternoon and the islands are a must to visit
  • When we went to check-in the gentleman told us we could go to the washroom first, however when we got back he was tapping his watch and pushing us towards the boat. He was very rude and started yelling at us to hurry up, even though we were actually half an hour early from what the voucher said the tour start time was. Then the tour guide talked very fast and gave the same information in three languages, it was very hard to understand her. And she never got off the boat to explain anything on the islands. We were also under the impression that we were going to see how they make the lace, and got no explanation about it just dumped on the island to shop
  • We did not get email with details in time so we’re unable to make the trip . Despite me emailing and letting admin know there was a problem with my email when I booked it took until after the trip had left to get details with the meeting point.
  • It was a sunny, bright day and the colors of Burano made it a more colorful day. The guide was excellent. The time was short and if I were to do it again, I would skip Torcello as there was hardly anything to do there. Murano and Burano were more interesting and would have loved to spend more time there.
  • I really needed to leave the crowded streets, and have some space around me; this trip was perfect for that. The best was just being on the water, feeling the waves, the sun, the breeze. The island were all exquisite and very different. Since the stops were 40-50 minutes, there wasn't really time to explore (you also need to find your way back in time ...) but for me it was like a teaser, showing me my options next time I come here. In that case I'll return to Torcello for a longer time in peace and nature (olive trees!) or Burano with it's pittoresque charm. These two were my favourites. The glass blowing show on Murano was amazing. If you're interested in glass and shopping, this is the place to go to.
  • Murano was good but not enough time to visit a couple of Places instead of just 1. Butano again was lovely but again not enough time. Torcello was an absolute waste of time. As soon as most people got to the restaurant they stopped to have drinks And food which was very average. I recommend dropout Torcello and increase time t Murano and Burano
  • Neat to get into the port sound in boat...everything started looking the same quickly though...My lady fell asleep. Glass blowing was cool...got some nice gifts.
  • What a beautiful tour and the 3 places are amazing. Going back to burano when we visit again to stay! So beautiful. Only thing is it was too short
  • I really enjoyed this trip . All three islands were so different. Although there was not much to see on Torcello , I thought it was the most beautiful and peaceful place in the world that I have ever been to - completely serene. Burano is very expensive but its coloured houses are spectacular. The time at Murano was very short - but i find glass blowing fascinating and was so glad to see the demonstration. We took the boat from the St Lucia Station which gave us an additional 30 minute water cruise down the grand canal. Loved this trip
  • Good trip, a bit too touristy, but that's how it is :) Burano houses are nice to see, feeling is Potemkin was a master designer tho :)
  • Torcello part of the tour was an absolute waste of time and money... Murano part of the tour was an extended commercial for the selling of their glass... Burano part of the tour was very relaxing and the highlight of the three island tour...more should be emphasized about the Burano leaning tower....quite impressive with less crowds than Pisa
  • We were in Venice for 1 day and we wanted a tour for short period. This worked out perfect for us. We got to visit all 3 islands in 4.5 hours. It is hard to hear the woman who provides the info. That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. If anyone needs more informative tour and longer stay at all islands then this tour isn’t for them. For us it was perfect. It is more like a taxi service than tour.
  • We took the tour on recommendation from relatives. Better than expected but a great time. The glass blowing can’t be missed
  • Murano/Burano very interesting but do not take this trip - find a more personal alternative. Guide tried to cover three languages over the boat speaker system, which was difficult to hear due to background noise. No chance for personal interaction with the guide - asking questions etc.
  • Tour guide was pleasant and able to communicate in many different languages but overall I would not recommend this tour. It was very difficult to hear the tour guide while on the boat and this was the only time she did any speaking. Other than the glass blowing demonstration, we were provided with very little direction on where to go and what to do at each stop. And, we were disappointed with the glass blowing demonstration, it wasn't exciting like I was hoping it would be. The man doing the demonstration seemed bored, I almost felt we were imposing. Having said all of that, Burano was stunning! Just as beautiful and colorful as pictured. Would definitely go back there, I wish we had more time to explore here.
  • Went on this trip in September To be quite honest Torello was a complete waste of time. We went there second so we’re all starving There was only 1 very average place to eat. We would have been much better skipping the island completely and just doing the 2 islands. Alternatively go to Burano second Burano has a large selection of eateries perfectly capable of catering for a large influx. My advice-do Burano and Murano only
  • Really enjoyed this tour, but on the first ferry on the way to Murano the sound from the speakers was so distorted that you couldn’t hear anything the guide said. Fortunately we changed boats after Murano and could hear the commentary clearly. Recommended!
  • Enjoyed the venture... Tour needs to be longer in order to truly dive into each island... Burano could be a whole day in itself... Worth the experience... Murano glass factory could be expensive, if your not careful... No brainer if your looking to get away from getting lost in Venice...
  • The island hopping between Murano, Torchella, and burano. Being left alone to explore each island - given 50 minutes for each was perfect. Well worth the excursion and the price was perfect.
  • Murano Glass demonstration was fascinating. It’s sad that the art is dying and that most of the furnaces are shut down. Burano was worth the trip. Beautiful and interesting but more time is needed. Although Torcello is lovely I would recommend removing this from the tour for more time in Burano. Also this tour is not for small children. VIATOR should put a minimum age limit(perhaps 10+) as there is not much interest for children.
  • The tour was outstanding our tour guide provided great on-site of the area. The boat was clean and the crew was helpful throughout the day.
  • Trip is per description, so be aware that you only have a short time (approx 30-45 min) at each destination, depending on how fast you walk. There was one (very good) guide, who gave repeated info in Italian, then English, then German, so don’t expect an individualized type experience. But very good and inexpensive way to get to see the islands off Venice and experience some great sites and gain some new info.
  • Murano glass and Turcello were interesting. Nurano was a waste of time. Tour was very timely. They left 2 people on the dock at Murano.
  • It was very rushed with not enough time on each island. Couldn’t hear the tour guide well on the boat. Not the friendliest. Was just blah. Could do it alone
