  • We didn't make it there in time and we were unable to go on this tour. They were already gone when we arrived at 10:00 a.m..
  • These tours are inconvenient because if you are not 15 minutes early they for sure leave without you. It happened to us on Louvre tour but this one luckily the girl at the office caught us up with group as we were still there 10 minutes before the start time. I recommend for sure arriving 15 minutes early because they will definitely leave without you and give no refund or even let you join another group unless people miss that group. The guide for this group was not very charismatic and kind of rude in that when she was showing photos she only showed them to one side of group and refused to turn to other side. Also she skipped the Raphael rooms which was part of the tour so luckily for me I knew she skipped them and we had to trek through the entire museum to get back to them. Unfortunately for other tour members I don’t think they realized she skipped it and they missed out on seeing Raphael’s the school of Athens. I would never do one or these tours again as they rush through the museum and if you are not 10-15 minutes early they will leave without you. I have a much better experience when I navigate the museums on my own. Also these are incredibly overpriced as in Europe museum tickets are only $10-15 and these tours tend to be $49-60 plus per person. Not worth it in my opinion.
  • The Vatican City and Museums were a true wonder of our visit to Rome. The rich history and artistry is simply unmatched. This tour is very helpful in bypassing the long entry line, especially in peak summer months where tourism is highest. Having visited in August, the volume of visitors was very high, so moving through the museums was fast paced. However our tour guide, Sylvia, was a true gem. Her knowledge and regard for the museums made the history of it all come to life, and we are very thankful for her insight and guidance through the tour.
  • Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable which made our tour even better than anticipated. The beauty of the Sistine chapel and St. Peter's church almost brought us to tears. Even if you are not Catholic you will appreciate the history and the art.
  • I went to the 3:30 tour. At 3:20 the company was calling me because they needed to leave asap - make sure you are there 15 minutes in advance. Also, at that time, you really don’t need help skipping the line. You can go straight to the Vatican without a guide.
  • Sistine Chapel brought me to tears. Felt a bit like cattle with the restrictive flow and masses of people, but we made do.
  • Every part of this tour was great. Our guide was beyond knowledgeable and gave of us plenty of time to take in all of the wonderful treasures while explaining the history. Also got us in very quickly
  • This was the worst “tour” ever. The meeting point was so unclear that we got completely lost and they didn’t even wait for longer than 5 minutes for us, so they left without us. They said there was nothing they could do but reschedule for an extra 50 euro or buy an audio guide. This was the worst experience of our life and completely ruined the whole Vatican experience for us.
  • Antonio B. Really made this tour special. He’s engaging, energetic and super organized. His explanations of the museums, Rafael rooms and Sistine Chapel were spot on. Despite the large crowds in the Vatican, he kept the group on time and together. Would definitely recommend this tour with Antonio to others!
  • Our guide’s English was bad and hard to understand. We missed going to the Basilica because she told us to meet her at the right exit in 20 minutes and it took us 30 minutes to exit.
  • Tour guide never showed up. Office was closed when we arrived to redeem tickets. Would not recommend
  • We arrived later and although we tried to comunicate with them was not possible and when we arrive they explained to us we lost the money because not possible a new tour till next day if we pay it again.
  • I totally like what I saw but I honestly don't understand the accent of Italian tour guides.I was looking up for information on the internet as I was walking through. It's best to visit these places during winter holidays probably. It was too crowded.
  • This was a fantastic tour with a very informative guide Antonio. The skip the line feature really allowed us to see as much as possible
  • Tour guide was good but started very late and then didn’t manage the group carefully allowing a bathroom/food break which caused more delays standing around waiting for stragglers.
  • The tour was nice and the guide was very knowledgeable. Many of us in our tour group felt the “Fast Track” was a scam. The only lines at the Vatican were the tour lines… oddly enough, all paid extra for “skip the lines” or “fast track”. Prior to the tour, we met another family that decided to join us on the tour, except they purchased tickets at the site. They walked right in waiting for about 10 people, while we stood outside in the heat for 50 minutes. Certainly not “Fast Track” but worthy of sharing the experience so others don’t waste their money.
  • Great experience the line was huge and we just skipped the entire line Your was very informative It was a pleasant experience
  • The Guide Francesco was great and funny! Very knowledgeable. Loved it! It is a must see when in Rome.
  • The museums are vast so it’s great to have a guide like Monica who showed us the highlights. She is a wealth of information.
  • Very passionate and knowledgeable guide. Amazing lunch and views Was very timely and professionally ran
  • Everything was good and very interesting. I was just 2 days in Rome but i see a lot ,thanks to Viator tour.
  • The tour guide was absolutely great! He was professional, knowledgeable and super funny. Unfortunately the place was so packed I didn’t enjoy it very much. Not the fault guide or the tour operator but just too much.
  • I don’t think it’s worth spending that much money. Tour can be organized better. Guide was not professional.
  • It’s beautiful. You can never have long enough, and that’s a bit how the tour felt. There are lots of people, so larger groups had to keep moving. There’s a trade-off; taking your time as a single person, or skipping the (long) entry line as a group. My guide was lovely:)
