Cancelling your trip will always involve costs. Depending on the ticket terms & conditions of the airline, you have the right to receive a (partial) refund.

Flight changes are possible based on airline terms & conditions
Are you changing departure flight OR return flight or both ? For changes to departure journeys OR both (dept and return date changes) - booking must be repriced with new dates and old ticket has to be submitted for refund. Based on refund penalties, you will have to pay the difference between new dates plus the old refund fee.
For changes to return journeys, based on flight availability - the fee starts from $300 plus Destina Holidays $30 service fee.

While shopping for fare on Destina Holidays, each price has the baggage information such as 0PC or 1 PC or 2 PC depending on fare type and cabin.
We also reveal accurate baggage information on the payment page, so before your final purchase, you can again review the fare rules and baggage information.
Additionally baggage information can be found on airline website's that you are traveling with.

You will receive your E-ticket within 2 to 6 hours via email (but mostly within a few minutes). E-tickets may be delayed if the credit card owner is not the traveler or if the credit card name does not match with the banks.
Please note! It is possible that e-mails end up in your spam filter (or in the Promotions tab in Gmail).
1) Click "Register" on top right side under Your Account on Destina Holidays.
2) Once you register, you will be able to access E-ticket details along with real time Itinerary.
3) Alternately - you can retrieve your bookings with email ID and booking reference number.

For most of the airlines that participate in pre-reserve seats can easily be booked once tickets are issued. Please go to MyBookings tab on the top right side and select the seats.
Most airlines charge for the seat selections an they are not free of charge.
Alternately, you can reserve seats on the airline's website. Use your airline reference (listed on your e-ticket) and sign in on the airline's website.

International flights - check-in at least 3 hours prior to departure.
Domestic flights - check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure Boarding usually begins 45 minutes prior to departure.
We highly recommend our customers do online boarding/check-in, using Airline website. This will guarantee a seat and avoids the last minute "denial of boarding by airlines", as most Airlines over book flights during peak seasons.
Note: If you arrive at the airport later than your specified check-in time, your e-tickets will become "no-show" status, and are 100% non-refundable.

Most bookings/reservations from US departures can be held at a fee of $15 per person.
The $15 non-refundable fee is per adult. Child and Infants are exempted.

If tickets are refundable, then

• You will be required to pay airline penalties & our refund processing fees.
• Domestic travel $25 p/p, International travel $200 p/p
• Agent assisted future travel adjustment with new flight bookings: new fare less original ticket value plus our processing fees $200 p/p

The name on your e-ticket must be identical to the one in your passport. It must show- full first name and your surname (maiden name) in your passport.
If your e-ticket does not show this, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible to keep the costs to a minimum. Changing a flight ticket always involves costs even if you only need to correct a spelling mistake.

Please note: a missing space is not a spelling mistake.
The reason that there are no spaces between two names is because some airline reservation system does not accept spaces and punctuation marks. If the names are spelled correctly, your e-ticket is valid for travel.

How can I correct a name?

1. Send us a request to correct your name under the header 'Change or cancel' via email to [email protected].

The $1 is a temporary hold by Destina Holidays and will be reversed to your credit card within 24 hrs.
