After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to Grand Canyon West. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon is around three hours each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the route, returning you to Las Vegas in time for a night out on the town. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with reclining seats, video monitors, restrooms and over-sized windows.

• Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk. • Children ages 2 years and up require a seat • Wheelchair accessible • Adult pricing applies to all passengers • Stroller accessible • Service animals allowed • If you did not select the Helicoptern upgrade, please enter N/A into the weight field. • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus. • Buses equipped with a lift are based upon availability and might not be available. - Ivel_won Sep 26, 2023My fiancé and I had a great time on this tour. Our driver Freddy was very informative. We bought the package deal that included breakfast, lunch and the skywalk at the canyon. I was impressed with the fresh breakfast sandwiches from subway and the lunch was also very good. The views of the skywalk was impressive and the canyon was overall breathtaking. The tour bus was a smaller bus and there was not a bathroom but it worked out well because our driver stopped at places where you used the bathroom. I would recommend this tour.

The canyon was breathtaking, particularly at Guano view point and the taco’s for lunch were a delicious added bonus. The journey through Boulder City was super interesting & the Hoover Dam tour was the icing on the cake!

We originally had paid to go to the south rim but they had maintenance issues so they asked us if we wanted to change so we did . We were told we would be upgraded but clearly we was not . The only reason we are writing this review is because of Freddie he is what made the trip better ! He needs a raise ! He is definitely a people person and was very informative! He is the only reason why we didn’t complain about the whole situation of you all telling us we was being upgraded because you all canceled our trip that we clearly paid for and was expecting to be in a luxury bus line .

- Jessica_ron Sep 19, 2023The views were great. I just wouldn’t recommend gray line tours. Our water that was part of the tour was hot. Other tours all had coolers and ours just sat in the sun in front of bus when it was finally brought out. The tour said breakfast but the vouchers that it said we needed were not given and tour guide didn’t know. Not to mention the breakfast was a stop at gas station. None of this was mentioned in brochure. The hot meal for lunch ended up well but it was confusing. The tour guide told us about 2 options. One was just a snack location. The third option we found on our own which turned out to be great. The brochure was very misleading and the tour guide didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the specific tour he was doing or the current options at the location. Other tours take you to each place and explain what you are getting.

On the day we did actually get the boat trip but unnecessary drama. Coach then broke down after Grand Canyon so had nearly 3 hour delay. However canyon was amazing.

- Solon_mon Sep 8, 2023I do not recommend this excursion. Although the day itself was fine, the West Rim is just not enjoyable. The stop at the Dam was too far away for much appreciation. The bus didn’t offer much leg room, no cup holders and the charging stations were not working. I feel as if the time could have been spent elsewhere. I have used Viator many times in several states and this was the only disappointing experience.

The weather didn’t cooperate with our planned helicopter ride, no fear Freddy was there to make it right and contacted dispatch to start the refund even before we asked. Excellent customer service. - Mkj74on Aug 31, 2023We booked our Gray Line tickets at a booth called ResortStay within the Planet Hollywood shops complex. Our server was Nina and gave us a great price and a few freebies ! Such as free entry to a comedy show at the Stratosphere Hotel, such a nice Lady ! Anyways, today being 31/8/23 we visited the GC west rim tour with our really lovely and funny driver called “Freddy” he’s been doing the job for 26 years ! He was very informative along the whole journey, gave everyone some great trips on how to avoid any long queues when at the Grand Canyon eg the Skywalk, having dinner at the restaurant etc etc and had some fun geographical tips and information whilst on our journey. 5*** for Freddy ! This is a great Company to book with everything was like clockwork. Gray Line…. Freddy needs a pay rise 😆 Good job !!!
- Frederick_hon Aug 27, 2023All cost should have been covered before I arrived and not during the middle of the trip- poor experience. Driver’s communication was less than expected from what I am used to for a viator experience. Grand Canyon was beautiful- it saved this trip from being a disaster.
