What is a schedule change?

From time to time an airline may change the times/route/dates - this is a "schedule-change".
If the flight time changes by more than 40 minutes, then our automation will generate an email regarding your revised flight times.
Our software always sends reminders to all our customers/travelers with the following intervals - 3 days before dept, 48 hrs before departures and same day of departure.
